The Feast of the Immaculate Conception December 8 – Holy Day of Obligation Mark your calendars.
This Thursday, our Church celebrates the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. Mary, under her title of the Immaculate Conception, is the patroness of the United States. We are gravely obligated to celebrate her feast, honoring her as one who was conceived without the stain of original sin, prepared from the moment of her birth to be the mother of our Savior. There will be NO CONFESSIONS on Wednesday evening. The Mass schedule will be: Wednesday Vigil: 7 pm Thursday: 12:15 pm; 6:00 pm; Spanish at 7:15 pm
St. Mary’s is Shopping at Marsh
Marsh will give St. Mary’s a percentage of your shopping bill to put towards the Muller Hall Renovation. We can earn up to $2,000. Food Pantry Blitz—We need to re-stock the shelves of our pantry with our Food Pantry Blitz.. It has been hit pretty hard this fall, and our supplies are low, in spite of all the donations that many of you have made. Please consider making a donation to the food pantry in the form of a case of any of the items listed below or a monetary donation to purchase items needed. Thank You.

For several years now during Advent, our parish and the students of the Religious Education program collect items for the Pregnancy Resource Center in Frankfort. All parishioners and parish groups are invited to join in sharing our “love in action” by supporting this project. Stop by the JPII building to place your gift under the Christmas Tree. Our Lady of Guadalupe
Our parish will celebrate the feast of the patron saint for all the Americas – Our Lady of Guadalupe, Saturday evening at 7:15 pm. There will be a solemn recitation of the Rosary, along with singing, processions, dances, and the crowning of the image of Our Lady. Las Mañanitas (early morning songs of devotion and gratitude in Mary, our Mother) will be celebrated Sunday morning from 5 to 7am. Mass in Spanish will be at 1 pm, followed by a fiesta at the Frankfort Campgrounds (the old Wesleyan campgrounds). Everyone is welcome to participate in any or all of the celebrations.

This program, which is in communities throughout the world, offers tools needed to rediscover a loving marriage relationship, and thousands of couples experiencing relationship difficulties or considering divorce have successfully overcome their marriage problems by attending the program. 7th Annual Wesley Manor Tour of Trees Saturday, December 10: 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Over 20 Christmas Trees on display an a opportunity to bring donations to any of the following three agencies. The Salvation Army is accepting food donations. The U.S. Marines will be collecting unwrapped new toys for Toys for Tots, and the Humane Society will be accepting pet food. So Come on out to enjoy Christmas music, refreshments and cookie decorating.

The Altar Linens are picked up and laundered each week by several ladies and on a rotation schedule. Picking Dec. 4: Maria Mejia and on Dec. 11: Patricia Beltran. Please return linens by Saturday afternoon. Thank you!
